Bikepacking route plans
How many days does a famous route really take? Each plan splits the route into 50 km segments and estimates realistic riding days for good and tough conditions – the same way BikepackPilot plans your own trip.
Camino Francés by Bike
The most famous Camino de Santiago route, from the French Pyrenees across northern Spain to Santiago de Compostela.
Danube Cycle Path – Passau to Vienna
One of Europe's most popular cycle routes: downstream along the Danube through the Upper Danube valley, Linz and the Wachau to Vienna.
EuroVelo 10 – Baltic Sea Cycle Route (Poland section, Velo Baltica)
The Polish leg of EuroVelo 10 follows the Baltic coast from Świnoujście through Kołobrzeg, Ustka, Łeba and Gdańsk to Elbląg and the Kaliningrad border. Mostly flat and seaside, it ranges from new asphalt paths to sandy forest sections.
EuroVelo 6 – Atlantic to Black Sea (The Rivers Route)
EuroVelo 6 follows the Loire, a short stretch of the Rhine and nearly the whole Danube from France's Atlantic coast to Romania's Black Sea coast. It is mostly flat, popular, and crosses ten countries.
EuroVelo 9 – The Amber Route
A Baltic-to-Adriatic ride through six countries: from Gdańsk along the Vistula, across Poland to Wrocław, through Moravia to Vienna and down through Slovenia to the Istrian coast.
Green Velo – Eastern Cycling Trail
Poland's longest cycling route, running through five eastern voivodeships, three national parks in Podlasie and long stretches of forest and river valleys.
Hebridean Way Cycling Route
An island-hopping road route through the Outer Hebrides – 10 islands, six causeways and two ferries, from Vatersay to the Butt of Lewis.
Highland Trail 550
A 550-mile self-supported mountain bike loop from Tyndrum through the remote Scottish Highlands, mixing singletrack, dirt roads and quiet tarmac, with plenty of hike-a-bike. It's one of the toughest bikepacking routes in the UK.
